Be the Medicine Retreat

A Sacred Pilgrimage of Feminine & Masculine Balance and Renewal in Peru

For healers, seekers, and guides who feel the call to return to balance – within themselves and in the world. In the Andes, this harmony is called Yanantin Masintin – the sacred dance of opposites coming together, not to dominate, but to co-create. When the feminine and masculine meet in right relationship, a new kind of power emerges: rooted in connection, joyful leadership, and a life aligned with the heart.

Introduction: A Joyful Homecoming to Wholeness

We are living in an extraordinary time of awakening. Beneath the surface of daily life, many of us are sensing a quiet invitation—a call back to what is real, rooted, and radiant. The old ways of pushing, proving, and performing are losing their grip, and something much more alive is emerging.

You may feel a stirring inside—a longing for spaciousness, truth, and connection. A desire to live and lead in a way that feels aligned with your heart. What’s unfolding is a return to your essence: grounded, luminous, whole. This journey offers sacred space to listen deeply, move gently, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you. Surrounded by the energy of the Andes and guided by ancient practices, you’ll reconnect with your body, your purpose, and your joy.

When we come into balance within, our relationships begin to shift. Patterns of overgiving, hiding, or controlling can soften, making space for real connection. On this pilgrimage, we explore the dance between feminine and masculine energies—not to fix, but to harmonize. We honor the wisdom of sisterhood, the beauty of conscious partnership, and the healing power of being truly seen. In shared ritual and laughter, in stillness and ceremony, we remember: we’re not meant to do this alone.

The world is ready for new ways of living and leading. Systems that separate us from the Earth, from each other, and from ourselves are slowly being dismantled. In their place, we are co-creating communities and cultures that honor the sacred in all things. This pilgrimage is an act of joyful resistance and embodied hope. Not a theory—but a lived, felt experience of what it means to belong, to lead with love, and to walk in reciprocity.

We carry stories not only from our lives, but from the generations before us. Some of these stories weigh us down; others hold precious keys. In Peru, we walk with lineages that remember balance, reverence, and sacred relationship. We listen, honor, and gently rewrite what no longer serves. We stand with the strength of those who came before us and become ancestors of healing for those yet to come.

What if your joy is part of the medicine the world needs? What if your healing is cosmic activism? This pilgrimage isn’t just a retreat—it’s a celebration of your part in the great unfolding. In the mirror of the mountains, the rhythm of ceremony, and the warmth of community, you remember your place in the vast web of life. You remember that you are not only held by the Earth—you are also dancing with the stars.

If something in you lights up reading this, trust that. Come walk with us in Peru. Let the land, the lineage, and your own soul show you the way.

Be the Medicine.
A sacred remembering. A joyful return. A new beginning.

In Deep Reverence for the Lineage and the Sacred Teachings

This pilgrimage is offered in deep reverence for the ancient Andean wisdom traditions and the living lineage that continues to carry them with grace, depth, and integrity. I am honored to walk and learn within the Qanchis Ylla lineage, as a student of Maestro Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, a Master of Masters whose vision is to make the treasures of the Andes accessible to a global community in these times of great change.

Our journey is in collaboration with Pumadventures, a heart‑rooted team of medicine women and men who serve from within the lineage and carry its codes with devotion, joy, and humility. It is through their guidance and Puma’s blessing that this retreat is made possible.

With deep respect for this path, I offer my presence as a companion and ceremonial rites-of-passage guide throughout this journey. I walk in service to our sacred Mother Earth and hold space with care, devotion, and humility.

Rooted in the Andean lineage, I walk as a bridge between cultures, so that the gentle remembering foretold by ancient prophecies may unfold. These ancestral teachings are not relics of the past but living medicine for our modern times.

A Sacred Rite of Passage: Journeying with Reverence and Transformation

This pilgrimage is not a tour—it is a rite of passage, and I prepare the group accordingly. From the moment you say yes, we begin a process of shedding old stories, clarifying your intention, and stepping consciously into the sacred unknown. Through guided nature practices, medicine walks, and group calls, we begin to attune to the deeper rhythm of this initiation.

In Peru, we continue this sacred work each morning in preparation circles and each evening in integration spaces, weaving together what the land, the people, and the sacred sites reveal to us. Together, we explore the deeper meaning of each moment, honoring the wisdom of Pachamama and the spirits of the land.

I am here to walk beside you—as we each remember who we are, and how we can bring this sacred balance of feminine and masculine into our lives, our partnerships, and our service to the world. My role is to walk beside you in your transformation, as you connect more deeply with your own wisdom and the flow of life.
