Hi, I am Iris

I am an intercultural psychologist, energy worker, and guide in ancient wisdom traditions. I am also a long-term Aikido practitioner – the path of harmonizing life energy. My journey in healing and transformation spans over 30 years. My work is rooted in nature-based rites of passage, guiding others through transitions with the wisdom of the land. Trained in Peruvian healing practices and sacred ceremonial service, I work with the Mesa (sacred medicine bundle) for transformation, balance, healing, and deep connection. Maestro Puma Fredi Quispe Singona, a Master of Masters, initiated me into the Qanchis Ylla lineage.
With deep gratitude
My path has been shaped by the presence and wisdom of extraordinary teachers.
Aikido master Dirk Kropp teaches a form rooted in presence, ethics, and inner stillness. His decades of practice and dedication to the meditative depth of this martial art have created a powerful space of learning – where movement becomes a way to embody peace.
The School of Lost Borders carries the ancient wisdom of nature-based rites of passage into modern times. Its Vision Fast program The Practice of Living and Dying, guided by Meredith Little and Scott Eberle, offers a courageous invitation to meet the cycles of life and death with honesty, ritual, and grace.
Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, Andean medicine man, and Master of Masters, shares the ancestral teachings of the Mesa with deep reverence and joy. His guidance is rooted in communion with the Apus, the elements, and the living wisdom of the Andes.
Shipibo Grandmother Maestra Manuela Mahua holds the healing traditions of her lineage with great strength, surprises and joy. Her Noya Rao Plant Dietas, carried by song, silence, and spirit, open a field of deep renewal, listening and transformation.
And above all: Mother Nature and the Cosmic Parents remain the true teachers – offering rhythm, clarity, and a remembering of who we really are.
